We offer One-to-One therapy sessions for various modalities at our centre in Solihull, Birmingham.

Sessions can be booked and paid for individually or you can purchase 4 sessions and receive a 15% discount.
How to Choose a Therapy
You may already know which therapy you would like to try. If not we are happy to advise you.
If you are feeling generally stressed then Reiki, Reflexology and Hypnotherapy are all very relaxing sessions, working with the whole body-mind system in general ways.
If you have a clear idea of particular problems that you need to work though then EFT and Picture Tapping Technique (PTT) both offer more focused approaches. Clients are fully alert throughout these session and actively participate in the work being done.
We can also offer mixed sessions where more active work is done with EFT or PTT, followed by a short but deeply relaxing Reiki session or a Hypnotherapy de-stress.
We offer free 15 minute initial consultations by phone to answer questions and to help you choose a therapy that meets your needs.

Picture Tapping Technique (PTT) is a gentle but highly effective fusion of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and art based work. I have had very little pain at all in my back, and when I have felt a twinge I have done a small amount of tapping and it has reduced back down again. I even got through watching my boys play rugby & a golf competition (my boys playing not me) without any problems. Also, being in the car for over an hour yesterday had no noticeable detrimental effect either.
I am moving better and am far more comfortable than I have been in a very long time.
